Job Description
SimplifyNext is a consulting and technology company specializing in automation, AI, and New Gen Apps. They empower organizations through scaling automation, AI integration, and creating next-generation applications. The HR intern will support recruitment, HR operations, and employee experience, collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and partners.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Passion for people-related work and curiosity about HR practices.
