The role ensures structure, speed, and quality across multiple channels and formats, with a focus on project and workflow coordination, quality assurance, asset and production management, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Project coordination experience
• Marketing operations or creative operations experience
• Experience working with remote teams across time zones
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, or similar)
