Engineer in Training (Entry-level), Structural Engineering

Simpson Gumpertz & Heger is a national engineering firm committed to delivering holistic advice for complex challenges. They are seeking an entry-level Engineer in Training with a Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering to assist with structural engineering services, analysis, and design tasks.

Requirements

• MS in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
• FE/EIT certification is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with computer analysis software preferred (e.g., ETABS, SAP, RISA, RAM, SAFE, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
