Assistant Production Supervisor

Simpson Strong-Tie is a leader in engineered structural connectors, software, and solutions for the building industry. We are seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to assist the Production Supervisor in managing employees and ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• 2 year degree, technical school certificate in Business, or equivalent
• 4 years experience supervising in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of production and processing, lean manufacturing, and process control analysis
• Active listening, critical thinking, and written comprehension skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
