We are recruiting for a Sedentary Commercial Technician (M/F) to join our team at ETANCO. As a TCS ADV, you will be responsible for treating, entering, and following up on orders, creating quotes, making follow-up phone calls, managing and treating disputes, and providing technical recommendations and advice. Requirements
- Minimum Bac +2
- Significant experience in ADV or customer service (BtoB)
- Mastery of office tools
- Team spirit, customer service sense, reactivity, taste for technical products, very good oral and written communication, autonomy
