Job Description
We are recruiting a technical-commercial sedentary position for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our headquarters located in Le Pecq (78). As a technical-commercial sedentary, you will inform and advise clients technically by phone, receive and verify client orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree +2/3 preferably in commerce, management, or sales administration.
- Significant experience in a similar position in sales administration or customer service, ideally in a BtoB environment.
- Good mastery of Excel, Word, and SAP software.
- Knowledge or interest in the building sector and technical products would be an asset.
