Requirements

• Develops and implements cost-effective preventive maintenance schedules.
• Directs all repairs to maximize safety and minimize work stoppages.
• Recommends replacement of equipment.
• Oversees work order system for cost control.
• Directs mechanics and welding supervision.
• Generates production reports and reports
• Directs supervision of mechanics, welders, and other employees
