Manufacturing Group Lead- Aseptic Filling (2nd Shift)

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is a contract development manufacturing organization partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. They offer sterile injectable product manufacturing, including pre-filled syringes, sterile filtration, and lyophilization services. The Filling Group Leader supports the manufacturing team in ensuring product quality and compliance, focusing on teamwork, productivity, safety, and SISPQ principles.

Requirements

• Delegate, coordinate, and schedule activities of assigned team members.
• Recommend measures to improve performance and increase efficiency.
• Train and mentor other team members.
• Troubleshoot process problems and respond to process alarms.
• Participate on Continuous Improvement teams.
• Assist in developing/reviewing batch records.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Good documentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing practices.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures.
• 6 months of previous Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
