Manufacturing Group Lead- Aseptic Filling (Weekend PM)

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Group Leader to join their team in Bloomington, Indiana. This role provides direct support to manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality through coordination of activities with Filling Operators. The position involves maintaining regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and effective communication within the team and other departments.

Requirements

• Delegate, coordinate, and schedule activities of assigned team members.
• Recommend measures to improve performance and increase efficiency.
• Train and mentor other team members.
• Troubleshoot process problems and respond to process alarms.
• Assist in developing/reviewing batch records of new and existing projects.
• Organize and coordinate general cleaning and sanitizations throughout all filling suites.
• Identify potential causes and verify/eliminate each one to determine the true root cause behavior.
