This role requires precision, technology, and a commitment to excellence. The operator will manage broadcast systems, monitor live feeds, and ensure content matches programming schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in Master Control operations or broadcast environments
• Familiarity with live event production, news switching, and local station workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple feeds
• Understanding of broadcast technology including automation systems
• Knowledge of industry standards for audio, video, closed captioning, and loudness compliance
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
