Newscast Producer

We are seeking a creative News Producer to be responsible for the day-to-day production of our newscasts. The ideal candidate will have solid news judgment, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with non-linear editing and newsroom systems.

Requirements

• Solid news judgment
• Be a compelling and accurate writer
• Ability to multitask and manage time
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient with non-linear editing (i.e. Avid) and newsroom systems, such as iNews
• Previous news producing experience at a commercial TV station
• Journalism degree preferred
