Associate Lecturer - MUS 113LEC - Music in Society: Music and Gender (HE4)

This course explores the interfaces between music and gender, examining how music has represented, reinforced, questioned, challenged, and/or dismantled gender identity in various repertoire.

Requirements

• A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred
• 5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
• Course design and implementation based on UB syllabus and textbook
• Assessment of students
• Must be available to teach daytime on weekdays
• Familiarity with Blackboard is a plus
