Executive, Student Records & STP Services

The Executive, Student Records & STP Services will be responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting, centralised services, audits, student records management, SRSS policies and procedures, continuous improvement and innovation, budgeting, working assignment and mentorship, and taking on the OIC role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in higher education
• Proven track record of leading team in achieving results
• Proficient in mentoring team members
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills in preparing and interpreting statistics
• Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness
• Ability to plan, organise and time manage under pressure
• Independent and resourceful; collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals
• Meticulous and process oriented
• Good learning agility; constantly recommend improvements and capable of adapting to evolving job requirements
