Job Description
The Assistant Vice President, Finance Transformation will be responsible for executing system and process improvement initiatives across SingPost finance and business units, handling day-to-day queries/ issues, and working with finance and business leaders to execute system and process enhancements in Oracle products.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 10 years' finance experience including 5 years in Finance ERP implementation/support
- Hands-on experience with key ERP modules
- Strong knowledge of change management and project management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent communication, influencing skills, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexible, resilient, and able to manage complex situations, multiple priorities, and both long-term and urgent tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and strong business acumen
