Job Description
Manage and develop assigned accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead commercial negotiations. Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- At least 4 years of experience in account management or a related field, with at least 2 years in the logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data and metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
