Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, Clinic Operations

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, Clinic Operations to manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions of the Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC). The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring clinic operations, as well as handling patient feedback and complaints.

Requirements

• University degree in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years of related working experience managing clinic operations, preferably in a PHI
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion to serve patients and people-oriented
• Ability to work well with others and strong collaboration skills
