Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Service-minded with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of various HR functional areas, including onboarding, compensation/benefits, and employee relations
- Prior experience with processing India payroll, leave management, and benefits
- Understanding of HR compliance and Indian labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust within the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR technology platforms
- Experience supporting remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR or local equivalent) is a plus
