Job Description
NCS is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant or Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll for Singapore. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, and supporting payroll processes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver payroll solutions.
Requirements
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for Singapore, including wage types, schemas, PCRs, features, and rules.
- Lead payroll runs (live and simulation) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other statutory bodies.
- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support year-end processes, including IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A/B, AIS submission.
