Job Description
We are looking for a Credit Management Executive (AR Receipting) to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. This role involves ensuring customer payments are accurately updated in the Singtel system, guiding customers on available payment methods, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in AR Receipting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc) with good basic SAP knowledge
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
- Strong writing and communication skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge or prior experience in Basic Accounting will be an advantage
