Job Description
Singtel is seeking a Cyber Delivery Manager to build trust relationships with customers, understand their security needs, and improve their cybersecurity posture. The role involves project oversight, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and handling customer complaints. Singtel prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and performance-based culture.
Requirements
- 3 years of service delivery experience in MSSP environment or cybersecurity product company.
- CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM certification is a plus.
- Understanding of cybersecurity operations and architecture, and security technologies (firewalls, IPS, SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and proactive problem solver.
