Job Description
Singtel is seeking a Messaging Planning Manager to join their Networks division. The role involves planning and executing new SMS services, coordinating with various teams, managing vendors, and contributing to the development of a scalable network architecture. Singtel aims to create a diverse and inclusive work environment focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering majoring in Computer Science, IP networking, Telecommunications, or Information Technology
- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as LTE, 5G, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, SIP protocols.
- Basic financial knowledge of project procurement.
- Basic understanding of legal contracts, procurement and financial capabilities.
