Product Manager

Singtel is seeking an experienced Product Manager for their Outsourcing services business to design, evangelize, and propose modern Outsourcing solutions. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams to develop compelling AI-assisted services to address customer needs while aligning with Singtel’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills, excelling in a hybrid architecture environment.

Requirements

• Manage and enhance existing Outsourcing services portfolio
• Understand technology and industry landscape to develop new services
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners
• Maintain working knowledge of competitor products
• Develop technical reference architectures
• Develop all product collaterals (battlecards, playbooks, sales kits, Internet / Intranet content)
• Develop and maintain templates for contracts
• Manage Partner programs for technology partners
• Evolve service enhancements through technology innovations
