Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Manager to plan operational processes for promotions and launches, achieve sales targets, and maintain store standards.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance to Retail Shop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain the store housekeeping standards
- Guide staff on customer service and solicit feedback and ideas for improvement
- Maintain sufficient stock levels in the shop
- Execute improvement actions based on Quarterly Audit / Internal Audit reports
