Requirements
- Legal advisory and analysis on commercial, corporate, procurement, insurance, and intellectual property matters
- Preparation of RFPs, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Negotiation of contracts and vendor agreements
- Support of contract negotiations for the region
- Coordination with legal training programs
