Senior Retail Executive

The Senior Retail Executive drives customer engagement and sales performance in Singtel retail outlets. The role involves customer experience and sales, store operations and compliance, team enablement and campaign execution, and requires strong customer engagement skills, IT savvy, and good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Secondary education; Diploma preferred (Business, Communications or related fields)
• Sales or retail experience required (telecommunications / electronics retail experience is advantageous)
• Strong customer engagement skills; able to handle escalations calmly and independently
• IT savvy; comfortable using POS/CRM systems and digital tools for customer and sales documentation
• Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (up to 44 hours/week; up to 6 days/week)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English and one other language is preferred
