We are seeking a Full-time External Settlement Representative to join our Thessaloniki Branch. As a key member of our External Settlement Department, you will be responsible for notifying debtors, guiding them on settlement solutions, and evaluating debt repayment proposals.

Requirements

• High school graduate, I.E.K. and above
• Desirable experience of 1 to 2 years in companies dealing with non-performing portfolios, information companies, banks, call centers, or law firms
• Excellent knowledge of computer handling and MS Office
• Excellent level of written and oral communication in Greek
• Negotiation skills and persuasion
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Commitment to the goal
