Job Description
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for one of our four regions, planning, controlling, and monitoring all sales activities in the South region. You will lead a sales team, motivate and develop employees, and establish long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in sales in the real estate sector (nice to have)
- Ideally, taken on personnel responsibility
- Communication skills, stamina, and commitment
- Proficient in MS Office programs and CRM
- Good German and English knowledge (writing and speaking)
- High travel readiness
- Analytically inclined
