Job Description
Sirona Medical is a cloud-native software company building software that enables physicians to work as fast as they can think. The Director of Product Operations will own the operating system that keeps Product, Engineering, and Services aligned and moving forward together.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, program management, or similar roles
- Proven experience operating across Product, Engineering, and Services organizations
- Experience scaling operating processes in high-growth technology companies
- Experience working within Agile software development frameworks
- Background in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
