Global Assignment Consultant

The Global Assignment Consultant provides critical support to SIRVA’s corporate clients in managing employees relocating for international assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct relocation experience OR 3 years of related customer service experience
• Knowledge of international assignment management processes and global business operations
• Ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and work independently without close supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Effective presentation skills, strong business etiquette, and professional interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant job-related systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong preference for international living or working experience
• Strong preference for additional language skills
