The Global Assignment Consultant provides critical support to SIRVA’s corporate clients in managing employees relocating for international assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct relocation experience OR 3 years of related customer service experience
- Knowledge of international assignment management processes and global business operations
- Ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and work independently without close supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective presentation skills, strong business etiquette, and professional interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant job-related systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong preference for international living or working experience
- Strong preference for additional language skills
