Job Description
Join the Anti-Fraud Team as an Antifraud Specialist in Milano. Proven experience in the online gambling market and a degree in Economics (preferred) or a relevant diploma are required. The role involves identifying suspicious transactions and fraudulent behavior, preventing abuses, and collaborating with customer service and other teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the online gambling market
- Degree in Economics (preferred) or a relevant diploma
- Result-oriented mindset, strong understanding of customer needs, and a data-driven approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid knowledge of digital experience insight tools
- Proficiency in both English and Italian, spoken and written
