Director, Growth Marketing

Sittercity is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead multi-channel acquisition, lifecycle, and engagement strategies across B2B2E and DTC segments. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of managing and scaling profitable campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta, paid and organic social, as well as demand gen tactics such as SEO/AEO with a focus on DTC e-commerce
• Experience managing lifecycle programs
• Deep familiarity with digital marketing and customer acquisition metrics and attribution
