Job Description
This position is for an Architect (m/f/d) with a focus on managing large-scale projects in urban development. The role involves project leadership, coordination of teams, construction supervision, and shaping the urban landscape. The client is a municipal real estate company in Essen.
Requirements
- Completed architecture or engineering degree, urban planning or related field.
- Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in public or municipal construction projects.
- Confident handling of HAE, AHO, VOB and sound knowledge of planning, construction and contract law.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with high communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good MS-Office skills and driving license of class B.
