Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical education
• Several years of professional experience in construction management in construction
• Fundamental knowledge of VOB and experience in construction process planning and calculation
• Well-developed technical understanding and experience in coordinating various trades
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with construction and project management software
• Assertiveness, organizational talent, and team skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
