We are seeking a project manager for a municipal real estate company in Essen to lead complex construction projects. The role involves project management from requirements definition to commissioning and handover, building supervision, contract management, and stakeholder coordination. The company focuses on quality, sustainability, and efficient project processes for urban construction.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture, Engineering or comparable field with a focus on building/project management
• Many years of experience in construction project management, ideally in municipal projects
• Strong knowledge of VOB, HOAI, AHO as well as in construction, planning and contract law
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and the ability to grasp complex projects
• Teamwork, negotiation skills and sharpened communication skills
• Safe handling of MS Office; driver's license class B
