Job Description
This is a permanent full-time position for an IT System Administrator, a successful European-wide company with over 600 employees specializing in various industries. The role involves operating, maintaining, and developing the IT infrastructure, providing first-level support, and ensuring security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed training or study in the IT field or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, network technologies, security solutions and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions
- Independent, solution-oriented work style, teamwork and high communication skills
- Very good German and English skills in written and spoken form (C1)
