Job Description
Our client, a family-run construction company with headquarters in Stuttgart and over 20 locations in Germany, is looking for a Senior Construction Manager for High-Rise Construction. The position involves managing and coordinating high-rise construction projects, leading site managers, and ensuring project deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Long-term experience in construction management, preferably as a Senior Construction Manager in High-Rise Construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, construction law, VOB, and calculation
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and a structured working style
- Safe handling of construction software (e.g. MS Project, iTWO, CAD) and MS Office
