Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable education
- Several years of experience as a construction manager in construction
- In-depth knowledge of VOB and experience in construction flow planning and calculation
- Assertiveness, organizational talent, and team ability
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
- Secure handling of MS Office and ideally Bausoftware (e.g. iTWO, MS Project)
