Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, real estate or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project development, preferably in residential construction
• Fundamental knowledge of construction and planning law as well as project management
• Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and organizational strength
• Safe handling of MS Office and common project management tools
