Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or real estate technology
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the turnkey construction of residential buildings as well as in the site management of complex large projects
- High conflict and communication skills, enthusiasm, and experience in leading teams
- Well-developed sensitivity in dealing with different customer groups such as buyers and tenants as well as sovereign appearance in challenging situations
- Secure handling of MS Office and openness to digital tools and modern working methods
