Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager / Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field, and at least 3 years of experience in construction management or site management.
Requirements
- Completed successful studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable
- At least three years of professional experience in construction management or site management
- Fundamental knowledge of construction processes, quality assurance and timing
- Convincing decisiveness combined with diplomatic skills in dealing with project participants
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Organizational strength as well as well-developed team and communication skills
- Safe handling of MS Office, ideally also with MS Project
