Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the construction management of large projects, preferably in civil engineering or bridge construction
• Leadership competence, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking
• Detailed knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and relevant technical regulations
• Safe handling of construction-specific software (e.g. iTWO, MS Project)
• Good communication skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability
