Job Description
Skanska is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP to join their team Building Services commercial team in London. The role involves undertaking responsibilities to act in the best commercial and financial interests of the business, promoting HS&E standards, and managing client's commercial expectations.
Requirements
- Experience of running MEP projects or No 2 position on large MEP projects
- Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
- Experience with Design and Build forms of contract
- Relevant CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
