Head of Finance (m/f/x)

Head of Finance to lead and execute finance function in a fast-moving production-driven environment, shaping financial strategy and ensuring financial discipline across manufacturing and operational functions.

Requirements

• Senior finance leadership experience (Director, Head of Finance, CFO, or similar)
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audits
• Background in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and compliance
• Very good practical knowledge on IFRS principles
• Experience managing banks, auditors, and EU or grant-funded projects a plus
• Strategic thinker with operational execution skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
