Skeleton's Engineering Department is looking for a driven and experienced Hardware Engineer. Your responsibility areas include defining electronics functionality, conducting risk and reliability analyses, and developing electronics concepts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in electronics design and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or embedded systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in electronics design for small-series or larger production.
- Hands-on experience transitioning designs into manufacturing, including DFM/DFT, industrialization, and test setup.
- Practical know-how in EoL testing, yield and failure analysis, and continuous improvement during production ramp-up.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, mechanics, testing, production).
- Strong skills in schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, simulation, prototyping, and testing.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer or a comparable ECAD tool; experience with LTspice, Matlab, or similar simulation software.
- Ability to prepare documentation and reports; basic data analysis skills in Excel or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or embedded systems.
- Good verbal and written English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn and improve.
