SKF is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This individual will be responsible for rubber to metal bonding processes, quality control, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. The role involves leading engineering projects and ensuring a strong safety culture within the manufacturing team.

Requirements

• Oversee rubber to metal bonding processes.
• Ensure adherence to industry quality standards (TS16949).
• Manage metal preparation process (phosphating, etc.)
• Apply strong problem-solving skills.
• Measure efficiency, quality, safety, cost reduction, project success, material utilization and collaboration.
