We are looking for a Skilled Handler to oversee the Young Area Fixers program, which combines community development and social entrepreneurship with outdoor renovations of residential areas. The program is designed to enable young people to make their voice heard and positively influence society.

Requirements

• Supervise participants in practical tasks related to upgrading the physical environment
• Educate participants in social entrepreneurship and concept development
• Provide daily coaching to participants, individually and in groups
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the municipality, property companies, and property managers
• Motivate young people to do their best during their summer job
• Ongoing documentation of the process and final reporting at the end of the program
