Job Description
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have current Oregon licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility and evidence of application for licensure, and computer literacy skills.
Requirements
- Current Oregon licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility and evidence of application for licensure
- Pelvic floor physical therapists will have completed at least level 1 training through a training institution widely recognized by the profession
