We're looking for a Project Manager to lead complex software and IoT projects, ensuring our connected solutions continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in pharma logistics. You'll take ownership of customer projects from planning through to delivery, driving successful outcomes and making a real difference in global logistics and healthcare.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, ideally leading large-scale SaaS implementations that include hardware-as-a-service components
- Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and develop effective solutions
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
