Customer Success Manager - InSAR applications

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships, assist customers to expand their usage of InSAR data, and optimize the Customer Success program. The role involves onboarding and training new and existing clients, communicating with clients throughout the contract life-cycle, and working closely with various teams in the company.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or similar
• Strong and proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably a second language
• Graduate degree in engineering or sciences
