Requirements
- Proven experience managing proposals for government solicitations (federal, state, or local)
- Experience with modern digital delivery proposals (human-centered design, agile software development, DevSecOps, data & analytics)
- Strong organizational and compliance tracking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work within a professional services environment
- Legal authority to work in the U.S.
